Nice to meet you
I’m Ren Kishine, a transmasculine illustrator and designer from New Zealand (and even longer ago Kyoto, Japan!). I’ve been living in Madrid, Spain for the past year creating digital illustrations that are vivid, unapologetic and sensual.
My work draws from my own queer experiences and struggles with expression in surreal and fantasy settings.
I love to collaborate on projects that feel impactful, whimsical and most definitely queer!
Other than illustration, I enjoy visiting history and archaeology museums, thrifting unique clothing, playing video games and watching obscure films.
